This Pumpkin Bread recipe is probably one of the best out there.. it is so moist and flavorful! Plus it is so easy to make you don't even need a mixer, a hand whisk will do.

Just make sure you have pumpkin puree available or make you own. In order to make pumpkin puree you will need to remove all the seeds of the pumpkin, lay it on an oven tray and bake for an hour or until fork tender. Now carve it with a spoon and place the pulp in a food processor. Beat it until it is completely smooth, now you have your pumpkin puree ready. You will need 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of this puree to make this bread.  


  • 2 eggs 2 بيض-
  • Vanilla فانيلا -
  • 1/2 cup sugar نصف كوب سكر -
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar ربع كوب سكر بني -
  • 1/4 cup mollasses ربع كوب دبس تمر -
  • 1/2 cup olive oil نصف كوب زيت زيتون -
  • 1 cup + 2 table spoons pumpkin puree 1 كوب + 2 ملعقه كبيره بيوريه اليقطين -
  • 1 1/2 cup flour 1 ونصف كوب طحين -
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 ملعقه صغيره بيكينغ باودر -
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda نصف ملعقه صغيره بيكربونات الصودا -
  • Pinch of salt رشة ملح -
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice ملعقه ونصف بهارات اليقطين -
Crumble for topping: كرمبل التغطيه
  • 2 tablespoons oats 2 ملعقه كبيره شوفان -
  • 1-2 tablespoons lightly crushed walnuts 1-2 ملعقه كبيره جوز -
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar 1-2 ملعقه كبيره سكر بني -
  • 1 tablespoon soft butter 1 ملعقه كبيره زبده -
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice نصف ملعقه بهارات اليقطين -
Pumpkin Spice Mix: بهارات اليقطين (بتستعملوا ملعقه ونصف من هادا الخليط)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 2 ملعقه كبيره قرفه مطحونه -
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 ملعقه صغيره زنجبيل مطحون -
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 ملعقه صغيره جوزة الطيب -
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground all spice نصف ملعقه صغيره بهار حلو -
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves نصف ملعقه صغيره كبش قرنفل مطحون -

* Sift the flour, baking powder, bakind soda, salt and pumpkin spice together and set aside.
*In a different bowl whisk the eggs, sugar, brown sugar, mollasses and then add the olive oil and whisk again.
*Add in the pumpkin puree , mix lightly and then throw in the sifted flour mix. Stir with a spatula and pour into a buttered loaf pan.
*Mix in all the crumble ingredients with the tips of your fingers until all incorporated and then pour it on top of the cake batter.
*Bake in a 180* oven for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick clean.
